many centuries ago,before the great hat.there was but one human city on all the earth.everything else was darkness,ruled by an evil tyrant who wished to destroy the city and complete his temple of self worship.He kidnapped and enslaved all who came into his territory and turned them into mindless minions in his ever growing army.From his dark castle in mountains above the city he would watch in repulse at the people below."phreps" he called them in his mysterious language as he sat listening to linkin park and other such poserly shit.On the final day of the fourth year of the fourth century since the cities founding.the armies of the evil wizard-thing swarmed around the city,killing all in their path.until as his sword lay at the town's mayor's neck.i brilliant light shined down and from it,formed a single but radiant hat.not just any hat,but a hat of the topped kind.The moment the evil one saw it his mouth dropped in awe.as a beam of fire descended from the hat apon him destroying the wizard and freeing the captives to live their normal lives.the people built a mighty temple for the hat and worshipped there every day.since then the human race was able to spread across the earth once more and prosper.and the tophat shined apon all who followed its felt lined ways.
